BLS Training by Twin Towers Medical Centre

On 27 July 2025 (Sunday), Island Hospital hosted a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) training session for healthcare teams from General Practitioners’ clinics, as part of our commitment to strengthening emergency readiness in the community ????.

This initiative is part of IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s nationwide campaign, “Ready For You: Your Partner in Emergency Care” ????, aimed at equipping frontliners with essential, life-saving skills.

Participants were guided through vital emergency response techniques by our certified trainers, including:

• Early recognition of cardiac arrest ❤️

• High-quality chest compressions ✋

• Effective ventilation ????

• Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) ⚡
