Day 1:

• Antenatal Exercise & Breathing Techniques for labour & postpartum recovery
• “Pregnant Liao, Can Yoga Meh?” – Fun insights by Dr. Low Kah Pin, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

Day 2:
